TC999 Terms and Conditions –
Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of tc999.online and all related services provided by TC999 ("TC999", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using TC999 in any capacity, you ("the Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use TC999's services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TC999 and take effect from the moment you create an account or access the platform, whichever occurs first.

TC999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a notice on the TC999 platform. Continued use of TC999 following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use TC999. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. TC999 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously and will take all reasonable steps to verify player age during the registration and account review process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.

Geographic Eligibility

TC999's primary market is Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing TC999 from a jurisdiction in which the use of online betting and gaming platforms is not prohibited under local law. It is your responsibility to verify your own eligibility to use TC999 based on the laws of your location. TC999 is not liable for any consequences arising from a player using the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

Registration Process

• You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number during registration. This number will be used for OTP verification and account communications.
• You must provide accurate personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
• Each person may hold only one TC999 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• TC999 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC or equivalent government-issued identification.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your TC999 login credentials, including your password and any OTPs received. TC999 will not be held liable for any losses or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact TC999 support immediately via live chat or at support@tc999.online.

Accurate Information

You must keep your account information up to date at all times. If your contact details, bank account, or mobile wallet details change, it is your responsibility to update them in your TC999 account settings without delay. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing.

Account Suspension & Closure

TC999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Multiple account registration
• Abuse of the TC999 bonus or promotions system
• Unacceptable behaviour toward TC999 staff or other players

In cases of account suspension, TC999 will retain any balances pending investigation. If an investigation concludes in your favour, funds will be returned. Accounts closed due to confirmed breaches of these Terms will have balances forfeited.

TC999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. TC999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at TC999 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, although large deposits may be subject to additional verification for anti-money laundering purposes.

Deposit Processing

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay deposits are credited to your TC999 wallet instantly upon confirmation. IBFT bank transfers may take up to a few hours depending on your bank's processing times. Card payments are typically instant but may be subject to 3D Secure authentication.

Source of Funds

By making a deposit at TC999, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and belong to you. TC999 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit as part of our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance obligations.

TC999 processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees to the payment method associated with your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. TC999 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply charges on their end.

Processing Times

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically within 2–5 minutes for verified accounts
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 5–15 minutes
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 1–8 hours depending on your bank
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days

Verification Requirement

TC999 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a certain threshold. This typically involves submitting a copy of your CNIC or valid government ID. TC999 will notify you of any documentation requirements promptly and aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of document submission.

Withdrawal Restrictions

TC999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals in cases where: the account is under investigation for fraud or policy violation; KYC documentation has not been submitted or approved; the withdrawal would breach a bonus wagering requirement currently in progress; or there is a technical issue with the payment provider.

TC999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Pakistani players. Each promotion — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, and any special PSL or cricket betting offers — is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed at the point of claiming. The general principles below apply to all TC999 bonuses.

Wagering Requirements

All TC999 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount must be bet a specified number of times before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games/markets are specified in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that are not subject to completed wagering requirements will be removed from your account on expiry.

Bonus Abuse

TC999 reserves the right to withhold or withdraw bonus funds and any associated winnings from any account where bonus abuse is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; wagering at odds or in patterns that constitute low-risk bonus conversion; and colluding with other players to exploit promotion terms.

TC999's sportsbook covers international cricket, the Pakistan Super League (PSL), and a range of other sports and competitions. The following general betting rules apply across all TC999 sports markets. Specific rules for individual sports and market types are available in the TC999 Sportsbook Rules section of the platform.

Bet Acceptance

All bets placed at TC999 are accepted subject to available funds in your account at the time of placement. TC999 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void bets at its discretion — for example, where there is evidence of odds abuse, where a market has been incorrectly priced, or where a bet exceeds the maximum liability limit for that market.

Match Abandonment

If a cricket match is abandoned before a result can be determined under DLS or equivalent rules, all pre-match match winner bets will be voided and stakes returned. If a result is declared under DLS, TC999 settles bets on that official result. Toss bets are always settled regardless of subsequent match status.

Bet Settlement

TC999 settles bets based on official results from the relevant governing body or recognised data feed. In the event of a dispute between the result shown on TC999's platform and the official result, the official result prevails. Settlement typically occurs within 30 minutes of the official result being confirmed.

In-Play Betting

In-play bets placed after a decisive event (wicket, boundary, result) has occurred but before TC999's system has updated will be voided if it can be demonstrated that the player was aware of the event at the time of placement. TC999 employs detection systems to identify such bets.

Maximum Payout

TC999 applies maximum payout limits per event and per market type. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and on the bet slip before confirmation. TC999 will not honour payouts that exceed the stated maximum payout for a given market, regardless of the odds at which the bet was accepted.

TC999's casino section includes jackpot slots, live dealer games (including roulette, blackjack, and baccarat), crash games, and poker. All casino games offered by TC999 use certified RNG (Random Number Generation) software for fairness. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and played with real dealers in real time.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a casino game, the outcome of the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to your TC999 account. TC999 is not liable for losses sustained as a result of a malfunction in the player's device, internet connection, or third-party software.

Return to Player (RTP)

TC999 displays the Return to Player percentage for each slot title and casino game where this information is available. RTP percentages represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome for individual playing sessions.

TC999 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We employ monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect and act on the following activities, all of which are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or latency in in-play markets to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in poker or live casino games
• Money laundering or any attempt to use TC999 to process illegitimate funds
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name

TC999 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving suspected criminal activity. We reserve the right to withhold funds and close accounts pending investigation, and to report suspicious account activity to relevant law enforcement agencies where legally required.

TC999 takes problem gambling seriously and provides a range of tools to help players stay in control. These tools are available to all registered TC999 accounts at any time from the account settings menu, without requiring contact with our support team first.

• Deposit Limits: Set maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a maximum continuous play duration. TC999 will display a notification when your session time is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your TC999 account for a period of your choosing. Self-exclusion is enforced immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications showing your net win/loss and session duration during active play.

Players who have self-excluded from TC999 must not attempt to re-register or circumvent their exclusion. TC999 will permanently close any account identified as belonging to a self-excluded player and will report repeated circumvention attempts to relevant authorities.

All content on TC999, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the TC999 brand name and logo, is the intellectual property of TC999 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or commercially exploit any TC999 content without prior written permission.

TC999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the TC999 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from TC999's platform or content.

TC999 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee continuous availability and accept no liability for losses caused by platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TC999's total liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's TC999 account at the time the claim arises. TC999 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

TC999 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of: decisions made by the player based on information displayed on the platform; delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers; or the player's failure to read and comply with these Terms and any applicable promotion terms.

TC999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a notice on the TC999 platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any updated Terms, you should close your account and cease using TC999. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
